Equipping the Bride to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit
Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget any of His benefits; Who pardons all your guilt,Who heals all your diseases; Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with favor and compassion; Who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.
3 John 2

What We Believe
Statement of Faith
We believe...
-
In the divine inspiration and inerrancy of the holy Bible, both the Old and New Testament. (2 Timothy 3:16 Hebrews 4:12)
-
In one God revealed in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 3:16-17, John 17)
-
That Jesus Christ of Nazareth is God who came in the flesh, born of the Virgin Mary, and was both fully man and fully God when here on earth. (Luke 1:26-38, John 14:1-3, Acts 2:36, Acts 3:14-15, Philippians 2:5-1, Ephesians 1:3-15)
-
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity whose purpose in the redemption is to convict of sin, regenerate, sanctify, empower and guide the repentant believer into the understanding of the holy Scriptures; as well as give gifts to believers so that they may minister as Christ would to men. We believe that the manifestation of the Holy Spirit recorded in 1 Corinthians 12:8-11 and the importance of the fruit of the Spirit, which empowers the gifts, shall operate in churches today which yield to the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe a believer can be baptized in the Holy Spirit at the moment of regeneration or any time subsequent to his regeneration (new birth) experience. (Luke 11:13; John 7:37-39; John 14:16-17; Matthew 3:11; Acts 1:4-5,8; Acts 10:44-47; Acts 19:1-6; Galatians 5:22-23)
-
In the saving power of the blood of Jesus Christ and his imputed righteousness to all who believe in him with faith. (Acts 4:12, Romans 4:1-9, Romans 5:1-11, Ephesians 1:3-15)
-
In the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Luke 24:39-43, John 20:24-29)
-
That Jesus Christ ascended to and is presently seated at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us. (John 14:1-6, Romans 8:34)
-
In the visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ to the earth to gather his church (Bride) and judge the world. (Acts 1:10, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10, James 5:8, Revelations 1:7)
-
That the terms of salvation are repentance towards God from sin and a personal, heartfelt faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, which results in regeneration of the person and eternal reward in heaven. This salvation is entirely by the grace of our Lord and not of works. Works are excluded except as the fruit of salvation. (Matthew 25:34&46 Acts 3:19-20, Romans 4:1-5, Romans 5:1-2, Ephesians 2:8-10, Romans 10, Revelation 20:11-13)
-
That the two ordinances of the church are water baptism and communion (The Lord’s Supper). (Matthew 3:15-16; Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 8:38; Romans 6:1-4; Luke 22:13-20)
-
That, as the early disciples shared, believers should seek to practice a life consecrated to Jesus Christ, separate from the world and in fellowship with local believers. We should also adopt standards of conduct that shall exalt our Lord and his church. (Acts 2:42-47; Romans 12:1-3; Galatians 6:14; Ephesians 5:11; Colossians 3:17)
